崔秀吉,男，朝鲜族，群众，出生于1978年06月，吉林省龙井市人，医学专业博士，研究员，研究领域为乙型肝炎病毒复制机制；病毒与宿主相互作用，现就职于海南医学院。

2003年02月至2005年02月，就读于韩国济州大学医学专业，获硕士学位；
